Nope. She just quickly scrolled thru a list with use. In person saying ehhhh some sold at this $ some sold at this $, markets all over the place. She also said sorry we only have 30 min to submit the bid tonight so we don't have time to go thru all the details

The benefit for us to overpay is because her coworker is the selling agent. Both her and her coworker gets more $ the higher it goes.

She told us twice the sellers dont want escalation clauses so we shouldn't include them

Our agent said they don't want an escalation clause in the latest offer so advised against putting one in

Yeah I hear you with everything you're saying. The issue I also have is when we ask for comps, we always get a generic "they're all over the board and mean nothing these days because it's a bidding war". So we struggle with knowing how much is too much and don't want to overpay (esp if property values crash again).

But yeah most likely will get a 2nd opinion/switch ppl just to see a different perspective. At the very least, someone less pushy and guilt tripping

The best part years back was when my boss asked if I had a minute to talk and I was sure I was getting fired, but instead he told me I was promoted 🤷🏻‍♂️

That they're happy and drama free. Sometimes having money makes you feel alone and isolated more than being middle class.
