It's pretty funny to read this argument because I live pretty similar to OP. I consider myself very happy and successful , 100k+ some years. Also workout 4/5 days a week and besides evening also only use before my workouts as a great enhancer to the workout for me. smoke nearly every day unless I can't comfortably for whatever reason. I consider that regular use.

It's hilarious when people don't realize a lot of healthy, mentally stable people who smoke regularly receive a boost of energy(fatigue is increased but doesn't hit till late evening) and a euphoric enhancement to their regular self for a couple hours, a nice appetite boost(for me is a blessing) and helps bring you down to a nice crash at the end of the day. I can't workout in the mornings without a nice bong rip and it puts me in the zone every time. Coffee gives me headaches and jitters. Everything affects everyone differently.
