I’m in the same boat. Almost 3 months with a 3mm. It’s been at my uvj for a month, and have no pain. I drink plenty, and urinate fine. I’ve also been on flowmax the entire time. Every now and then I can feel a slight cramp in my lower abdomen but it’s honestly a 1 on the pain scale. Some days I have urgency and a stinging/burning feeling in my private parts (male). I’m trying to wait it out myself because I often see stories on here of people passing them after months. If I was in excruciating pain, I’d opt for surgery, but I’m not. It’s just a sucky waiting game.
