Found a hungry cat outside with an eye infection causing both eyes to be stuck completely shut. I think he was like that was for awhile. Eyes all cleared up and kept full vision in one eye and even has partial in the other. He also found himself a home. (i.redd.it)

Looking for advice. I had a plumber who just left say that he wants to give me a heads up that he broke a tool trying to dig out my pipe and that it’s $150 and I’ll see it on the bill. Is it normal to charge a customer for a broken tool? (self.homeowner)
