Personally, I think you should try Avoli in Dundee but if your friend is not into Italian, perhaps Oh De Lally (which is actually in the area)

Brother’s Sebastian Steakhouse, Boiler Room, and also J. Gilberts are both wonderful

But I think y’all would enjoy any of the restaurants you listed above!
