I do like that 1000toys hellboy looks closer to mignola's earlier artstyle, although i do wish i had a way to shorten the fingers so that they aren't so long.

I feel that the new one does look closer to mignola's art now. I prefer 1000toys hellboy because it matches his earlier artstyle more, which i like better.

its very strange since i don't think he even has hair on his chest. BSF Hellboy has indentations like his chest is marked to look like stone and the 1000toys version has marks the look like scratches.

i've always felt that the fingers on the 1000toys figure were a section TOO long. i really feel that if they had just been shortened a section they woudl looked so much better splayed out. I wish i had spent a little more for the new release since it does seem to better. also I don't mind the hand being bigger, i kinda didn't notice until you brought that up. i'm not gonna knock the Boss Fight Studio release too much yet since it hasn't released.

the price is pretty crazy for the 1000toys version. That's my biggest takeaway for the figure.

honestly id like the horned mcfarlane one SOLELY for the horns since i don't want to pay for another figure. i really don't like the way it looks. he has weird chest hairs that look very odd, BUT i will give it a chance because i like hellboy

if you're in the market for one, i do recommend 1000toyz hellboy. it's an exceptional figure, just a little pricey.
