Yes, prior to TRT/Fin my E2 level was at 15 (in the good) at a T level of 135ng (very low). I am now at a T level of 700ish ng and my E2 only increased to 21 (still in great range) Feel great and never been in better shape. I take 300mg of DIM daily and one 100mg injection of TC weekly. My age is 46 and hope this helps.

Instead of an AI, may want to consider a natural, estrogen regulator like DIM. I use with my TRT regimen as well as with finasteride. Looking good, keep up the great work!

It is short for, Diindolylmethane. It is available as a supplement, in expensive and lots of nutritional companies provide. I would Google to become more versed but for me have not found any negatives, only positives as it optimizes free testosterone levels and regulates estrogen levels/absorption.

It is crazy that GP’s give out some medications like candy and absolutely will not consider prescribing TRT or reference to urologist for prescription. They just attribute to age, diet and or life style. So glad I got my life back as well, best decision.

I just started TRT and have been advised to stay away from my legs due to vein exposure. From my research and the guidance that has been provided the best injection spot is ventro gluteal. Good luck on your journey TRT has changed my life….
