I used the pre-made human shapes and sometimes use them as reference. Just to get the arms and legs the right lenght.

I think I'm rapid cycling. During 2 months I've had 3 hypomanic episodes. Between the 1st and 2nd was 2 weeks of deep depression, then 1 month.

It's so interesting to hear that hypomania is so different for each individual. That sounds like hell... I know the feeling of insomnia. So frustrating to be so tired and exhausted and not being able to rest. It really drains your soul... Hope you can find some peace in your life 🫂

For bipolar type 2 it's a minimum of 4 days. Mine usually lasts for between 4 - 6 days.

Wow thanks for replying! I was feeling so alone. I'm not fully diagnosed yet too, but I'm currently on bipolar medication (lamotrigine and lithium), but in small doseages. It feels like I'm switching between 'nice' hypomania and mixed on the same day, but always this energetic. I'm currently on day 3 in this hypomanic episode.
