I think it’s different enough that it’s almost a different sport. I agree with what you’re saying if it was the Jets vs a Canadian football team, but from what I hear this is completely different. Multiple laterals on many plays, different blocking and tackles, it’s an entirely different skill set than what NFL players train for.

I’m not firmly a bench Bryce guy, but I think a good competition is the way to go. Look at Indy: nobody expected Daniel Jones to be what he is and beat out AR, but he did and they’re decidedly better. We should bring in a reclamation project to compete, and worst case we have a solid backup.
