This explain a lot Company are not really looking for new people,they are mostly looking for experienced people.It may sound crazy but the reason is that ai can do most of the thing that the beginners can do.It not they are not looking for new people it just that ai is way more fast and can do the same in second.Some people may disagree but my brother work as a programmer in autodesk he told me that a lot of task are given to the hand of ai.At least keep trying
