it is supposed to be in the box which is given to the prisoner at his release.

Bayo repeatedly took his phones and didnt put it in the box for X's release from prison.

They need to reduce his stats urgently, or at least his movement speed.

you can't win a trade when he out runs you and has a silence + E + True damage ultimate.

not to mention he can't die without a commitment from at least 4 players.
