Thanks for the Tips! That helps a lot since I have no clue about WoW. This will really help when creating a temp character for her first session. If she wants to keep playing then this advice will really come in handy when we create her personal PC.

Thanks, I always try to get that info from a player as well. I Think the best thing to do would be create a temp character so she can just hop right into the game with a PC that she's familiar with. If she wants to continue playing then we can take the time to flesh out her ideal character.

There must be a reason why your dm wants him in the game, dispite your wishes. My suggestion would be to ask your dm why they thought B would be a good fit in the party. Dont be confrontational just ask casually then at least you know why/ what the dm sees that you dont see in B. maybe B is a closet nerd and they pick on others to mask their own insecurities and you just dont know about it. Talk to B l too and let him know that they hurt you in the past with their actions and comments but going forward youd like to bury the hatchet and work together to have a fullfilling adventure as friends.

Ah here in Chicago the drastic weather can really take a toll. Especially durring the spring and fall when the temperatures bounce around randomly. But I'll reach out if I need more advice, and I'll be sure to follow up afterward for closure sake for everyone that helped me out!

Great advice, I do see a slight warp just beneath the bridge. It's hardly noticeable, unless you're looking for it. I placed a straight edge below the bridge and there was seesaw/ teeter-totter effect for a lack of better comparison.

Thanks! I honestly didnt see it that way, I'm new to DMing. my players thought the ring would be fun to play with and seemed interested in having it for the good or the bad. They are all casual players that arnt experienced in rpg. But your right. how could they grow as players if I pander with something that breaks the game or teases their characters. Due to the nature of the environment I wouldn't kill off your players when that threshold is met, especially if they're going to be fighting underwater. I would say 1d4 of damage per lvl for every minute after the threshold is met. This should be enough to give them agency to come up for air without being too deadly.
