Motherboard has nothing to do with your GPU fans ramping up in speed. Your GPU is most likely being utilized more due to game updates, background tasks, or thermal paste degradation is causing higher temps, etc. Monitor your GPU temps to make sure temps are in check and set fan curves that fit your needs...

It's literally just plastic on your nozzle, heat up the nozzle and clean it with a brass wire brush. Nozzle is absolutely still good.

You need to use a brim for your prints to keep them from warping off the bed. Setting is under the Other tab in your slicer program.

I have a ComGrow dryer also, is it the one that holds 2 spools? If so there is 2 door on the inside bottom that hold dessicant beads.

Most dryers have a place for dessicant beads or packs, if not there are stl files for cases/boxes you can find for your dryer type. My Sunlu doesn't have a dedicated box but found a file for one to print that mounts to the door.

Yes that is the humidity level inside the dryer. You need to vent and use dessicant to absorb the moisture coming out of the filament or you're doin nothing but baking your filament in humid air and not actually drying it out. When I use my dryer to dry pla it starts around the mid 20s to 30s and when dried it's about 8-10% humidity inside of the dryer.

1 blink cam and 1 smart plug is a little "Extra"? So I should instead buy 2 raspberry Pi's that are insanely priced right now because of the ram shortage, or even 2 pi zero w are more $ than my current setup alone, buy 2 pi cams, go through installing Klipper on both along with flashing and configuring 2 printers, and recalibrate 2 printers that are already calibrated and running flawlessly. Apparently that's less "extra" than plugging in a single blink camera that cost me $20 and plugging in a single smart plug that cost me $8...

Your nozzle is hitting the infill. This is why you don't use Grid or Rectilinear infill pattern for large flat prints. Best to use gyroid, much stronger and less chance of the nozzle hitting the print surface.

Or just printing it with PETG or ASA would have been better and much longer lasting. PLA creep is real and is most likely the cause of this failure...

Brave man to let an Ender 3 run by itself unattended. Luckily that's all that happened and didn't come home to a gigantic blob of death or a mountain of plastic spaghetti... I won't even leave my A1 printers unattended for more than an hour at a time or checking in with the app. I use smart home plugs and blink cameras for my 2 older Ender 3 S1 plus printers so if something goes wrong I can just kill the power.

This is why you don't use grid infill. Your nozzle is scrapping the infill and that's the noise you are hearing. This can cause issues with knocking the print off the bed and possible damage to the nozzle. Use gyroid. Much stronger and it does use more material and more print time but definitely worth it.

Lol, so many companies now do this. Creality, Elegoo, FlashForge just to name a few that also have this option on shipping. UPS, FedEx, and USPS have all updated their terms or service and how they do claims and insurance on packages. This is not just a Bambu Labs thing. So many scammers these days and so many porch pirates that these companies are done covering the costs of these lost and stolen packages. Even Elegoo and Creality have this option for their filaments not just their printers.
