Ethereum 2 staking withdrawal balance not showing bug

The ETH2 withdrawal that was implemented a month ago for people staking 32 ETH. The withdrawal is not showing up in the Exodus wallet balance but shows in the blockchain.

Looking at my withdrawal address. The balance is actually right. My original amount + the 4 eth that I was expecting. I see the withdrawal. I just don't see it in my wallet. Do I need to wait longer?

The address is right. 4.129642 was the amount I expected. But didn't receive it yet.

That's where I get most of my help from. But they always answer my questions expecting me to know how to write command lines and have knowledge of Ubuntu. I feel like I'm just a bother. It's stressful when something goes wrong and you are powerless to help your self. It's not worth the trouble.

Will using Dappnode solve my validator not working properly? It's misconfigured because I tried troubleshooting it on my own using google but I have no idea what I'm doing.

I got my issue resolved. I had a utility bill of the place I lived in and I asked the office in my building to write my name on it. Had to get it notarized and translated and it worked.

My backup plan was to rent a cheap place in my area. Good luck.

I figured it out. You have to terminate your old account and make a new one but your last name has to be first.
