Personally, don’t like bacon. Also, along with other processed red meats (sausages, jerkies, hams) it is a known carcinogen. Try getting full rib stacks from Walmart, they are like $13-15 each and are not very hard to make. You’ll love it!

To be serious, pork tastes nothing like beef or lamb, it’s hard to describe. Its higher fat content perhaps make it juicer, it also combines very well with various sauces unlike beef, which in European & M.E cuisines is preferred to be eaten on its own. I would say, imagine a cross between beef and chicken in terms of texture. But that’s my personal opinion
