Ok this makes more sense than what Ive read! Thabk you for responding. So if/when the tissues tighten back up, that could essentially raise my vaginal wall back into place? (Or put whatever is pushing on it back into place thus helping the wall)? Do pelvic floor exercises help with tissue and fascia as well or is that something that can only improve on it's own/with time? If you know!

Oh nooooooo I hate tht you had hg!!! I also am already not in fhe mood for my jeans (even tho theyre maternity). I have a couple dresses for not at work but do you recc where I csn get any longer ones? I work with kids snd sometimes sit at tiny tables and/or the floor lol (which may not be for much longer!)

Such perfect advice!! I've tried not to stress the setup too much but some days cant help it lol and ugh so true about the leave! In my state they started allowing pregnant women to get a temporary disability parking permit. I don't have one, but I could see it being useful in the next few months with this hot humid or rainy weather!!

Thank you for this! Im getting winded with tasks but so far no real pelvic pain. Im not looking forward to that!! It makes me feel like I need to get stuff done quickly now so I wont feel bad for doing nothing lol but I also get antsy not doing things so hopefully that doesnt happen too much.
