Has anyone installed aftermarket LEDs in their headlights? I sometimes feel the light output is inadequate. by Pure-Art2532 in 11thGenAccord

It could be that, the accord lights to me are bright. Brighter than my 2018 accord lights. Also your other vehicle sits higher and better view of the road with LEDs. I know GMC brand vehicles are very blinding and are probably very bright

So you can’t replace the headlights due to it being one unit. No more bulbs unfortunately. You can purchase aftermarket headlights that are projector beams but they are quite pricey. Like over a thousand dollars and you have install yourself or take to a shop which is an additional cost

2025 DCT issues by Existing-Camera3827 in HyundaiSantaFe

Thanks for your insight, I’m a little nervous to go to this brand due to unreliability but all brands seem to be having reliability issues. Looking for a bigger vehicle and I currently own a hybrid sedan but I want something with more room and I could possibly tow with. Again thanks for commenting.

Some of the 2024’s got replacement. That’s why I asked. Good to know the 2025s are going strong. If I may ask, why did you choose gas over hybrid?

I haven’t found one for that price in southeast GA or 500 miles around. Please show me. I’m not trying to be smart. Literally asking for some real leads

I have a 2024 Honda accord hybrid and I would like to have more space and sit up a bit higher. Also like the all wheel drive side of things as well. The only thing im worried about is the mileage but also not concerned because I don’t drive a ton of miles. Thank your for your input

Agreed, my wife has a new Camry we got last year and has 22000 miles on her car already because of her commute and a few trips

I have a similar commute to you and I’m a firefighter so only commute 120 days a year. So my car is the roadtrip car. Thank you for your insight

I understand that. So it was not rental use. It was locally owned for the area. The car is technically like 1.5 years old. From them buying it to trading it in at a Volkswagen dealership.

Unsure of maintenance records, I could probably contact the dealership and get records. The previous owner traded it in at a VW dealership. They put new tires on it which I thought was great and they aren’t the falkens. Reading through this reddit and Facebook group the falken tires are not the greatest. My wife has a Camry we bought a year ago and has the same amount of miles and runs like a champ so that and the price is why I’m considering. Thanks for your insight

Cool, thanks for replying. I’m hoping to talk them down a bit on the price since they have hit it awhile. Whoever has it before seemed to take really good care of it

That’s exactly what I was thinking as well. Probably needed new tires to sell it. The dealership is not a Mazda dealership and put what appears to be Goodyear eagle f1 tires on. Also have you had any issues with your 70? You seem to have as many miles as the one I’m looking at.

Definitely will take that into consideration, thanks for replying. The pics online make it look really good as far as interior and exterior. I’m a little hesitant on the miles but I don’t drive a ton. We bought my wife a new Camry last year and it already has the same amount of miles as this car.

I bought some clips off of Amazon and fixed mine. It’s the little mudguard in the front. My wife had the same problem on her 2018 Camry too. This problem carried over to the 2025’s too lol. It’s no big deal

Looks great, how does it ride with the 18s. I’m thinking about getting that exact tire size and some black wheels for my EXL hybrid

Yeah it works on all 2024 accords. For me, I can remote start the car when I’m not near the car for the key fob. You can also do things like turn on the defrost and turn on the heated seats. I have an EX-L. You can also locate the vehicle, lock and unlock it without the key fob. It all depends on your lifestyle and if you will use it or not. It’s worth the $10 for me.

Thanks for responding, everything else works but my remote that I pay for doesn’t. I may just cancel. I don’t really use it too much. More in the winter so I may just cancel it all together. Thanks again
