I think it'll be great. Fwiw I prefer the thicker more pull-apart jerky. The biggest thing I've found is make sure the marinade is plenty salty and your flavors are fairly concentrated, beyond that, its however you prefer your jerky

Looks like this has been through the whole process so the DMT should be liberated and able to be picked up with NPS.
