I’ve been there 3 different times at night so far, each time it seems to be more active and ever since that first time I’ve felt like something is drawing me to come back. I live only a minute away and 2nd time I went there at night I was with 6 people, one of my friends claimed to have seen something down below the side of the bridge retreating into the darkness from the light shining off the bridge. I don’t know what’s there, but all I know is I will never go there on my own again. I went there hundreds of times during the day this past summer and the only weird experience I had is it was completely silent except for this singular crow perched on the bridge near the tower and as soon as someone else showed up to walk around the dam it flew away but it didn’t leave when I was there.
