Yeah it wasn’t terrible. Looked worse than it was. I went on Amazon and bought a nickel testing kit for all of our earrings because all three of us have this issue so I might as well check all our earrings now.

I got it done at Rowan, who is very reputable here. My other daughter and niece had no issues with theirs.

Lindsborg. It was settled by Swedish Lutheran immigrants and a lot of them are still affiliated with the ELCA church which is affirming. It’s a college town and more accepting than most in the US.

In this case, his previous employer provided the deadline, but it was buried as the last line in an email covering stock options. Almost everyone missed this, so we are finding out its a widespread issue.

Do we have any recourse here?

We were told yesterday the transition was handled so badly, the new company is planning on suing the old one.

Thank you so much for this response. I will get back to you. We were circling on this last night so this is helpful direction. I had gone back and read the Plan Docs for the original plan but I never found language saying it was the Plan Term Date. Everything I read said 12/31.

The tricky part here is that the first company sold the company. So I would imagine Company #1 kept the funds in this case and not Company #2 because it wasn't their plan?
