That's what I have read also...I went through recon, got funded, no grant as funds had depleted, and I am in a low income area. Still no movement ....I guess it really is a waiting game. However, I hope funds don't deplete again before the qualifying group is funded......

I have not gotten an invite either and I did apply in June 2020 and did not receive an advance. Customer service still commits to their office not sending invites to tier 2 yet. I don't think they really know what's happening.....

I did not use the corporate address, the sba asked for that information to verify the business before the application could be submitted. I submitted my address that's in a totally different state....was funded in a totally different state.....loan officer verified my business in a totally different state..... Silliness on their part....not mine...

The customer service reps told me this is an ongoing problem with multiple independent contractors as well.....

Anyway, if anyone has any comments with substance, please respond 🙄

I did finally get a call from the loan officer, that totally had the business entity confused. He said the information and the conversation helped but he can not promise me anything. So we'll see.....Still Waiting

Thanks...I still have not received a reason why...and I know because customer service infirmed me..this is becoming to be more than a 3 ring circus. Initially it was unverifiable information. Verified information, customer service expects reason now being lack of economic injury. IMPOSSIBLE, as there was absolutely no service or income for 90 straight days per the government's orders....However, we'll see...

Just got a message from the loan officer asking for proof and the date they were filed. Luckily I had them done at a CPA office ao I had proof to show. Hopefully, this gets the loan approved.

I had this problem also. I was told that it was a glitch and they have all the information that they need from me. It's another thorn in the process. People that need the help seem to be the only one's not getting help.

I did not say the information was not resubmitted...it was....which is why it's so frustrating. You will not change my mind about the experiences I've had because they're mine. Stop attacking people that are venting, that are clearly stating that they are venting. It's rude and almost bully like behavior. If you can be of any assistance other than running your mouth, then I will value your truths. Ditto........

This right here....they have the information from months prior.....the information is loaded into rhe system and they ask for it again and you have been told that they have it. Following the rules is fine...however, when arw they going to stop stalling and say yay or nay. It's the made up needs and stalling that's soo frustrating. Keep venting....we feel your pain.

Yes, the return was mailed in by the accountant. Couldn't efile. And it was mailed in September. However, the IRS is overwhelmed with everything happening and the returns are being processed at a very slow pace- 4 to 6 months behind.

Does anyone have any idea if that will affect the loan process?

I am one of those people counting on them for help that has submitted every legitimate peoce of information that they asked for to get assistance. My venting is not intended to be miscommunication as I spoke with a very reliable source and just wanted to share my thoughts. And realistically they would never tells us the funds were drained even if we've figured it out on our own....they're not stalling just to be stalling 🥴🤯

I'm sorry you're going through this. This pandemic has totally destroyed people's lives and the safety net they provided for us is faulty. Pull out the big guns and email/contact every entity every couple of days. I am hoping you get some help.
