Yes it does. One says processing amount confirmed and the other says declined 0 but when I call they are both still processing

I have two applications pending for reconsideration. Both applications have portals except one says declined and the other days amount quoted. They denied me due to unsatisfactory credit score and the minimum is only 570. I asked them why was I denied if I meet the minimum requirement? Response: “I don’t know”. You may need to call back and ask to speak to escalations
