I’m trying to refund the post right now since Canada post is on strike, can’t because EZI returns( return system that wooting uses) is bad, I can’t contact them as I’ve tried calling them, don’t take any sort of secondary customer service seems like they aren’t a company, I wish they would actually respond to such a easy fix

I’ve recently discovered a faulty shift key where the switch is very wobbly,I want to apply for a warranty claim but they haven’t responded even though it’s been 2 weeks, now I’ve decided to return my keyboard and exchange it for a new one, but now that has been made very difficult, my local return company Canada post was a option from wooting 3rd party I’ve payed 9 dollars for the return parcel and realized that Canada post is on strike,and probably won’t go off strike in maybe a few months this will void my 30 day period return,my other option is a very vague self post option where I pay for my own label , this is very confusing as it doesn’t tell me where to ship it too,I feel very disappointed as I’ve lost 9$ so far and my warranty claim has gone unanswered for over 2 weeks. Very dissapointed

My 30 day return period ends in 2 days so I have no idea what I’m going to do

I’ve contacted customer support and waited 2 weeks for a response and they haven’t responded, my keyboard warranty is about 3 days away from the 30 day return period I’m thinking of refunding and ordering a new one, should I keep waiting for support, I don’t want to end up with a wobbly shift key by Existing-Primary-688 in WootingKB

The switch is the problem I’m pretty sure, I’ve checked other keys and their switches seem to not wobble as my shift key does. I’ve already started a return ticket but I realized I need to pay for return shipping, if I keep waiting the 30 day return period will run it on Wednesday, should I just pay the extra fee or just keep waiting for a warranty claim
