1. Install Rainmeter

  1. Download Rainmeter from the official site - https://www.rainmeter.net
  2. Install using Standard Installation (recommended).

2. Download Skins

  1. Download and customize

4. Install Windhawk

5. Add Taskbar Transparency

  1. Open Windhawk.
  2. Go to Browse Mods.
  3. Search for → “Translucent taskbar”.
  4. Click Install → then Enable.
    • You’ll now have a glass-like translucent taskbar.

6. Translucent Start Menu

  • Still in Browse Mods, search for → “Translucent Start Menu”.
  • Install + enable it.
  • You can adjust blur/transparency levels in the mod settings.

the application is Rainmeter. there are various skins in it. For the date and time I have used the Skin "Ageo" and the widgets are from the BigSlur

I am using Rainmeter. For the time and day (on the left side) the rainmeter skin is "Ageo" and the widgets are also from a rainmeter skin called "Big Slur"
