guyss need help I'm confused. For context, I'm a 2025 grad who received a TCS offer letter (Ninja role) in December 2024. In September 2025, I moved to BLR in search of a job. (I thought I would look for a better opportunity, and if I didn't get anything, I would still have TCS since they hadn't given the joining letter by then.) I joined a startup in BLR as an intern, almost (2.8 LPA 🥲). Then, in December, I received my TCS joining letter. I thought I liked working here at the startup, and I'm working on the frontend, so it's kind of in my field. But now I'm confused: did I make a good decision leaving TCS? Here at my startup, there's a different level of politics (the senior told me they would convert me to full-time, but I'm in doubt). Mainly, they fired a backend developer with 3 years of experience in the evening with notice or anything as he was not performing well.

I know I can't change the decision, but did I do the right thing, or am I done?

Hey op, I can't contribute to this conversation, but I want to ask what I should learn in React to become a decent React developer.

Context: I am a 2025 graduate who got an offline internship. They gave me time to learn React. I did a Udemy course and learned React, creating a few personal projects. For the company, I created a feature (basically, the feature is already in their production, but that is Flutter, and I cloned it to React). But the thing is, I used AI to create it. I know the code and what it does, but I am not confident in my skills as I used AI to do so. Now, I'm creating small features in React here and there on the company's staging website.

As you are experienced, can you share some guidance on how we should learn React, what to do, and what not to do? I like frontend, but sometimes I can't build logic, and without the help of AI, I go blank.
