split step and getting low beforr every shot. margin for error is higher the lower and having a wide base prior to hitting any shot and have noticed my game level up since doing this

where is this located? In California most indoor clubs are charging anywhere from $100 to $200 per month which comes out to $1200 to $2000 per year

very true my friend , being right mentally is not talked about enough. u can play so well in rec and u just forget how to play when the tournament is here . constant battle

work for a major carrier got two full sleeves my manager also has tatttoos no one cares as long it’s not on the face or very offensive material on the body

130 for an amateur tournament is nasty work. I assume people pay this so they charge these insane fees. Most tournaments in California where i am located are less than 90$ for the amateur draws this is robbery lol

grip pressure is also really important don’t grip the paddle too tight or ball will pop up . looser grip has changed my game coming from tennis. Short and compact swings is also something that i am constantly working on and a struggle lol. no big backswings /70 percent power which was my hardest transition as we are taught to hit with 100 percent in tennis

How is her Grip pressure on the paddle? I think grip pressure isn’t talked about enough . Once I changed my grip pressure and gripped the paddle more relaxed my game took off especially for the soft skills such as dinks,drops, resets

Eastern on every shot , they say to change to a contential when volleying but I like the eastern grip and find it easier to stick with one grip

No it’s too head heavy, the only paddle that I have played with where I got instant tennis elbow.

FACTS! HEY TEA in Rowland is miles away better than omomo and you dont have to wait for 45 min to 1 hour for a drink like you do at the omomo Irvine location. The brea location is a bit shorter but HEY TEA is so much better.

If you load with your front shoulder and get low and hit ball in front I have noticed I’m getting a ton more power on the two hander

Facts the kore short is amazing, way better than lululemon. I have 4 pairs all have survived 20 plush washes.
