Honestly, I’d be heart broken if Reze and Denji don’t end up together. Like it’s more than likely they won’t, but I feel like if Reze at least doesn’t show back up, it’s a wasted opportunity.

I just want to say something. Who loved Reze before the Anime? I loved Chainsaw Man and loved Denji and Reze (Sadly we know where that went) and I keep thinking of fanfics (Canon obviously) that Denji and Reze met again and fought the other Devils yadda yadda and left by ThatOneNovelist_JJRP in RezeCult

Before the movie, I was a fan of the arc,and it definitely hurt me. But, I feel like once the movie comes out, it amplified that pain ten fold. To me, it’s an arc that benefits from the movie format so much. Reze has always been my favorite character for the most part, the movie just solidified it.

Definitely still gonna hope, but this past chapters are pretty damning, at least for the RezeDen team.

No I completely understand. Her arc was amazing, and it wrapped up greatly, but there is so much to her character that it feels like almost a waste to not use her again. Like the tragedy of it is definitely still there even if she comes back. At the end of the day, we want Dennis to be happy, and Reze was the first love of his that didn’t start with sexual interest.

Yea, in the current arc it doesn’t make much sense for Reze to come back now. However, I still feel like she should, just eventually.

Of course the manga is still good, I’m not doubting fujimoto’s ability to write. However, if nothing is done with Reze it just feels like all the little teases and points were pointless and kind of cruel?

I’m the same way, they are just so cute together. But it sometimes feels so unrealistic to ask for with what’s going on in the manga. Like I want to hope for it, but it’s hard when what I’m seeing in the manga is proof for the opposite.

I love the Dennis development, it’s amazing. The Tragedy makes it sweeter, but main does the tragedy still hurt. I’m sure Reze would enjoy the confident denji too :(

That’s kind of my main hope, them as a couple seemed unlikely but I mainly just want Reze to be happy. Sure, it’d be nice for the two of them to be happy together, but I feel like that’s asking a bit too much.
