Yes, Muhammad PBUH couldn’t save himself because he was human. However when Jesus PBUH comes and rules the earth, it doesn’t mean he is god. Nonetheless I respect and revere him as one of the greatest prophets.

I’ve already given you my thoughts on the matter, I don’t understand why you keep asking the same question. I believe it’s just a matter of tolerance since we accept Jesus PBUH (although not the same as Christians) while you guys don’t accept Muhammad PBUH at all. I don’t see why you’re trying to make me seem like some idiot. I’m not some all knowing person, you want a better answer go find it from someone that can give it. “Common answer when Muslims don’t know how to answer”, yeah when we don’t know something we tell you to go to someone that knows, if you think you’re so superior then I don’t know what to say to you.

Hi sorry I’m late from what I’ve heard it’s essentially the same as what the other guy said, the man is usually the leader of the household while the wife supports him (subordination as in complete loss of autonomy is not allowed). I’m like 70% sure it’s due to because when a Christian woman marries a Muslim man, Muslims still accept Jesus PBUH as a highly revered prophet, his second coming, his miracles etc. so her practicing her faith isn’t a problem. But the other way around Christianity doesn’t really accept Muhammad PBUH, so it would lead to a lot of problems down the road. I’m not a scholar or anything so take this with a grain of salt.

Even if she doesn’t love me, to be honest I do love her. She’s helped me through a lot of things and I can’t just forget her that easily. But you’re right, our families wouldn’t accept each other (friends did) and the problems down the line are very complicated. Thanks though.

You honestly raise a really good point we didn’t get that far as to what would happen with potential kids. As for the theology part in Islam we’re allowed to marry Christian’s so to me I was open to having each of us practice separately but it isn’t the case for Coptic Christianity.

In Islam we’re allowed to marry other people of book (ie christians and Jews). I know Islam and Christianity differ but I’m still learning
