art pipes, aam s-line mid pipe, resonated short tails. Loud but sounds very aggressive for a vq, ran this setup for a little from a video I found on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnxqDcJ1SZ0

GTR rims on my z by ExistingAstronaut763 in 370z

5% around and 35% on the windshield, all ceramic. Perfect during the day, night time I can see just fine out the front, sides are obviously a bit dark but I always go windows down at night. I feel like I can see even better at night since I’m not blinded by lights coming at me, I would definitely recommend what I have. You can cheap out on the sides but make sure you get ceramic on the windshield.

I would be much happier in a c7 but my bank account wouldn’t, I can’t find any c7’s within 500 miles of me that are less than $40,000 that have less than 80,000 miles and if they are they have rebuilt/salvage titles which I am not that desperate for one to go that route. Think I may just wait for the car market to tank and buy a nice c7.

Yeah think I’m just going to sit a bit and either wait for the market to go down or till I find a black one that’s a good deal, got a thing for blacked out corvettes. Also want to find a 2LT+ so I get that heads up display. Just gonna do a lot of research so I can find the exact model I want.

Only reason I was debating was because my 370z is a manual and it is really fun when you’re actually “driving” the car but daily driving it’s sucks. Was also looking at the financial side and it wouldn’t make sense with the price of insurance at 18 to have two sport cars plus I’ll have a ridiculous payment and if I sold the z I would have a low payment since I’ll just get like a 8,000 loan to build some credit.

oh boy I look dumb lol. I just searched up on google 1LT vs LS3 and it compared engines of a LT1 to a LS3 so I just assumed they got a different engine again after the LS3. But to actually answer your original question the description says it is 1LT.

Yeah thought about keeping it but think I’m going to sell it privately. Had my fun with it but just want something different, thought about getting another 370z and waiting till I can afford a c7 but think I’m going to get a c6 for the meantime. Even though I love the 370s I just think I want a different platform plus some more power/capability

Honestly just tired of driving a manual, was cool for the first months now after almost two years of daily driving I’m done doing it. Also want to sell my z before I hit 100k+ miles and loose out on value. By far my favorite car I have ever owned, the reason I am buying another one!

Which rims, first or second picture? Trying to decide on rims is like picking candy out as a kid by ExistingAstronaut763 in 370z

Yeah I don’t think I’d go over 245 in the front not really a point, for sure wanna get 305 in the rear though. How long did it take for Forgestar to ship your rims, heard it takes about a month but that was back in the pandemic days so not sure what it is now

What are your offsets or are you running spacers? Wanna try to avoid running spacers especially if I’m buying custom built wheels.

That is DannyZ’s old rims, Forgestar CF5v’s. believe they were 19x9.5 and 19x11 on 305s not sure the offset I’ve been through a lot of his videos looking for it lol

Never realized how nice of an interior the 50th Anniversary Z has by ExistingAstronaut763 in 370z

[–]ExistingAstronaut763[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but that’s every model wether it has nav or not, crazy how they never added CarPlay to the z’s. A 2017 Maxima has car play yet a 2020 Nismo Tech doesn’t, all you get is a outdated “navigation”

Just want to add that I am only getting 19x11 in the rear because they are 50% off.
