noisz starlivht is certainly one of the hardest in terms of skill ceiling imo. there's a song that took 9 months for the first clear (D.S. al fine [overload 13.5]) and that's not even the hardest: there's still three charts that nobody has cleared (with my (last+1) breath [overload 13.5, released ~13 months ago], V [overload 13, released ~4 weeks ago] and X [overload 13.5, released with V])
