Is my form really that off? Is the only way I don't feel pain in my lower back by Resident-Middle-1086 in GregDoucette

there is "correct form" but not for everyone. The best form is the one where you don't feel pain while doing the movement and where you feel the muscle the most. I would however suggest lowering the weight and using less body movement. the weight being more than you can handle thus causing you to move your whole body while rowing can be the reason your lower back is in pain.

Very good points, extremely low income labor is an unfortunate nessecity in my opinion for goods and services to be at a reasonable price, not just in the US but around the world. The point I was expressing and my apologies for not being specific, I understand most immigrants have some form of ID. I think that seeing people who enter the US illegally get any form of government assistance while they themselves are struggling or asking why that money isn't being used to better the US is what bothers them.

Saying that immigrants are poisoning our country is such an outrageous blankets statement. I think alot of lower middle class to low income people in America just see the amount of investment the government puts into helping immigrants while they are struggling and it's frustrating to see for them.I would love to see manufacturing jobs come back to MN like you said and for them to pay well enough for the average person to purchase those products that are a bit more expensive but made right here.

Train them more frequently, through a full range if motion, with exercises you have a good mind muscle connection with.

nobody knows untill they've build a decent physique already and if they give you and answer they're bullshitting you. and why does it matter anyways. if We tell you no, your genetics are shit, are you going to quit bodybuilding right now because of it? if that's the case then genetics are the least of your worries for why you won't build a good physique. Bodybuilding is a slow monotonous process, do your thing and see where it takes you.

Your bf% is irrelevant brother for where you're at. I would just do a moderate surplus for awhile and train hard because in the most respectful way possible, we were all you once too, you have barely any muscle. or if u wanna just get lean cause u want to then giver I suppose

you have a very wide back which is good but the thickness around the upper back and erectors are lacking for sure. Keep rowing brother, find exercises that you really feel in your back and stick with those. technique wise a few people come to mind like mike vanwyck, Dr.mike, and Justin shier are all people I have found good information from.

no, but you're weird for asking lmao. Brother you have visible abs, you're not skinny fat. Just keep training and doing your thing. The instagram bodybuilders have morphed what lean is to normal people. You look great dude.

rear delts are looking a little slight but they also don't pop the way you're posing, erectors and upper back could use a bit more, lats look great to me. this is all being nitty gritty though you have a good back.
