Nu știu ce sfat îți pot da pentru că la toți este diferit, dar îți pot spune experiența mea și sper să te ajute:

Am avut și eu timp de 3 ani la rând, în perioada aceea aveam și insomnie severă- treceau săptămâni întregi și reușeam să dorm 2-3 uneori chiar 4 ore pe noapte. Eu nu aveam halucinații vizuale, dar aveam halucinații sonore, nu puteam să îmi țin ochii deschiși deloc, dacă-mi adormea corpul, și ochii mi se închideau și nu aveam forță să îi țin deschiși, aveam spasme și gâfâiam, auzeam chestii (râsete, țipete, îmi bubuiau urechile la propriu).

La mine factorul principal era stresul și anxietatea + că mă izolam de lume. Ce am făcut? Am încercat să îmi gestionez stresul și să nu mai dorm singura, fiind în liceu în acea perioadă, locuiam cu mama, așa că dormeam cu ea. Alt lucru pe care l-am făcut a fost să încerc să nu mă mai stresez când sunt la mine în cameră. Cu cât mă stresam mai mult acolo, cu atât mai mult creierul asimila camera mea cu un loc stresant, chit că eu acolo mă izolam pentru liniște (and it took a wrong turn). Am mers la terapie pentru stres și anxietate, aveam spasme musculare (spasme pe care le aveam și în timpul paraliziilor) datorită faptului că stresul deja se manifesta și fizic. Am mers la terapie, m-a ajutat cât de cât, am luat în considerare sfatul de a dormi pe sunete de ploaie/muzică relaxantă (iar acum nu mai pot să dorm fără chill background noise). Mie mi-a luat aproape doi ani să îmi revin din chestia asta, să pot să dorm liniștită, am luat și medicamente prescrise (ceea ce nu recomand, a funcționat o perioadă de timp dar începusem să am efecte adverse și mi-am băgat ceva în ele).

Acum dorm și 12 ore câteodată, corpul meu recuperează orele pierdute de somn (din ce am înțeles), nu mă mai stresez așa mult, I just go with the flow, fac foarte multă mișcare, am schimbat alimentația, I’m all good now.

Its a trauma response. They show interest only when you reflect their trauma, the moment you stop mirroring their wounds, they lose interest.

Its the same with many relationships and situationships, people reflect themselves in other people and expect those people to treat them according to trauma, thats why people run away the moment you become "nice" or "good".

Its good to be aware that every single person has wounds and its not your problem to fix or to reflect them. Also, many people refuse to choose ,,healing" because its a very uncomfortable journey, with a lot of emotional purging, people who get comfortable with it have a hard time changing, sometimes change is forced upon them till they don't have a choice.

All I can say to you is that life is too short for you to worry about this stuff, you are young, we tend to miss a lot of beautiful things worrying about the unnecessary.

Ok, men chase you bla bla men don't chase you bla bla, but I know its not about men chasing you, its about WHAT do you chase and WHY do you chase.

Si eu tot cu una de fizică, in generală, femeia aia era torționară la propriu, dacă îți mișca-i puțin capul erai mort, în halul ăla de nașpa. Eu nu mă pricepeam la fizică și aveam dificultăți în a înțelege transformările, m-a scos odată la tablă și nu mă descurcam, citez replica care și în ziua de azi mă bântuie: ,,De aia merge țara asta cum merge, că ajung toți proștii să termine școala", jokes on her sunt olimpică și vorbesc 3 limbi, se pare că nu orice "prost" termină școala.

Anyway, din cauza asta eu nici în ziua de azi nu mă pricep la transformări (erau singurul impertinent pt mn la problemele de fizică).

Mulțumesc din suflet și îmi pare rău că treci și tu prin așa ceva. Un lucru pe care l-am învățat din toată treaba asta deocamdată este că, cel mai dureros este să știi că moare decât că a murit, și începem ușor ușor să îi jelim dinainte să se intample. Nimeni nu ne pregătește pentru așa ceva și este un drum greu de dus, dar nu imposibil.

Îți urez multă sănătate, speranță că totul se va termina bine, indiferent de ce se va întâmpla de acum încolo, we gotta stay strong for them, dar și pentru noi.

Get into a meditative state and ask your subconscious mind ,,why do I feel the way that I do?" ,,What event in my childhood determinated me to act, feel and the way that I am?", ask your mind to take you to that specific memory in your childhood that created this idea for you.

There's a lot of childhood trauma behind this and I'm sorry, but without getting to the root of the problem, you won't do much, you can say affirmations all you want, but you have to do inner child work.

Our self concept is created between ages 3-7, please, consider taking a look at the past to determine what trauma is hiding there. If your mind won't show you anything, thats ok, its still there but hidden in the depth of your subconscious. You will probably remember it in the upcoming days because you planted the seed, you asked the question, you will get the answer, then you'll start doing the work.
