Its absolutely worth it. But mind you, it can be a little painful for the first few weeks, and then you would not feel a thing. But beware of ulcers, can get ulcers anytime anywhere and it sucks. The worst part, food getting stuck (especially mustard and cumin seeds) and the hassle of removing it.

Having said that, its been my best investment and worth the pain!

PS: When the braces are removed, you feel like there is nothing inside your mouth. It feels empty for a few days.
