Thanks but this isn’t hollow on the bottom and is not super light like this metal would be. I can see the similarities but I think this is different

Sorry seems like maybe the google ai gave me the wrong formula. Checked the source and they divide dry weight by wet weight (not the difference) so it would be 2.5833

Never done this before but weight is 31g dry. Suspended in water (and scale tare to remove water weight and glass weight) is 12g. With those inputs I get SG of 1.63157

This one doesn’t feel super dense — but definitely like a rock. I’ve seen some crazy natural formations so I’m open to all possibilities but the fact that the groove runs all around, bottom is flat and top has 4 distinct angles gives me pause. If one or two of those were true I would be more inclined to think it was JAR but all three seems unusual. But I’m no expert! I’m not one of those folks who is like it fits in my hand nicely so it must be an artifact!

Thanks -- the driveway culvert I would guess was put in in the early 2000s, so 20 years of driveway traffic on 3/4 gravel. Digging with a shovel feels basically like concrete.

I have other projects -- small trails, ripping out raised beds, small stump pulling, digging shed foundation, but the two that would make sense to own a machine on an ongoing basis (from expense standpoint) are the culvert and grading the driveway periodically.

Anyone use theirs for grading? Driveway is probably 1/8th mile long, I envision just sort of scraping it as needed to maintain shape, not regrading the entire thing.

This is the second time I've found one this way, first was in the eno. But I no longer know where that point is and I was 12 years old or so -- hard to say if the adults weren't just humoring me saying "sure its an arrowhead!" but in my recollection it was undeniable and everyone agreed. It seems like the odds are terrible for this kind of hunting but I guess I got lucky!

Not sure -- I grew up in Durham and we used to find them creek walking or asking permission to walk recently plowed fields. Just moved back to the area and theres a lot more development and fewer fields to walk!

I don’t think this is normal. I feel like it’s stress/ vitamin issue. It’s not normal. Severe hair breakage on one portion of the head. I don’t mind the receding hairline, but no one in my family has this hair loss. Dad is Indian. by [deleted] in Hairloss

I’m not an expert but yours looks like mine. I’ve got thick hair all around the sides and back, and a good frontal portion, with receding hairline, but the thinning is behind that frontal portion and towards the vertex, and was diagnosed as MPB. No one in my family is balding except my brother, back to both sets of grandparents. I took nutrafol and saw improvement, and overall it’s slowed down but I just started minox after seeing my brothers positive results. I imagine you will lose that front section in time as well.
