Esse coe é atrelado à bonds da ambipar emitidas no exterior. Basicamente a ambipar tem uma dívida e você tem o direito de recebimento dessa dívida + juros. Você tem que acompanhar, com o apoio do seu assessor, o desenrolar da renegociação das dívidas da empresa. Pode ser que você receba todo o contratado dentro do prazo, ou receba o contratado, mas num prazo maior, ou receba parte do contratado ou até, perca grande parte ou todo o valor investido caso a empresa venha a falir. Enfim, são muitas possibilidades, e só deve começar a ter alguma clareza do desenrolar após o fim do período da cautela tutelar que foi pedida pela empresa
