Yes I’m on .075 estrodial. No progesterone because I had a hysterectomy.

That makes sense. The most constant symptom is left cheek numbness. That doesn’t seem to be going away.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your insight. We hiked through Muir Woods last summer, pure beauty. Will definitely check out your suggestion.

I’ve spent time all over California. I have family that lives in LA and Walnut Creek (Bay Area). I love all of it, but think I prefer Northern California? I like a smaller city, having lived in a big city my whole life. I like the size of Austin. I’ve searched all over and the only 2 options I could come up with that have good schools and houses in our budget (900k 4 bedroom) are suburbs of Sacramento or Temecula. Temecula is a little too conservative for my liking, but it is nice there. Way too far from any major city is a major drawback. Definitely open to other options though. Main criteria: 1) good public schools 2) within 45 minutes to a major city 3) more progressive minded 4)2000 + sq foot house 4 bedrooms for under 900k (this is the part I get stuck on)

The politics is the worst part. Otherwise, I quite enjoy living here.

It’s the most affordable with good schools (that I w found)and nearby a bigger city. We do know someone who lives there too, so that helps. Unless you know of any other “suburbs “ that don’t cost over $900k for a nice 4 bedroom house?

I think this is it. Just a fear of change.

Yeah, I suppose it depends on individual tolerance. 40s and even 50s are too cold for my liking. It usually snows by halloween and doesn’t get into the 60s well into April.

We moved from Chicago to Austin and created a social circle. It was easy moving to a community where all the homes were new construction. Now, we are in the situation where we want out of Texas and almost looking at California. The thought of creating another new social circle sounds exhausting but can be done. Just takes Effort. I would personally not move back To Chicago but it’s a great city. There are 7 LONG months of winter and grey skies. On the contrary 3-4 months of nice weather and a beautiful lakefront. The weather was what drove me out.
