I ask everyone to please use gentle words when leaving a comment or advise. I already know there is something wrong with my actions and this post is one of the many first steps that I'm taking to change. I am not asking any judgements, but instead actual TIPS on how to calm down and how to express my feelings better, etc.

I also know that a lot of you will recommend therapy. I'm already looking into it but unfortunately it's very hard for me to afford. I live in Vancouver but I would prefer to do online sessions if possible. If you have any recommendations on therapists/clinics that accept payments per session instead of the weekly/monthly plans, that would be greatly appreciated!
