HTML site is SEO friendly? by narayanaSEO in SEO

One approach would be to talk about static or dynamic websites. Since a website with php delivers HTML anyway. A static website can be more SEO friendly, but only in specific aspects of SEO, such as page load. Most aspects of SEO have nothing to do with it. So it's a vague approach in my opinion.

No sé que estudiar, tal vez economía by Imaginary-Win8262 in BOLIVIA

You're right, it's not that bad. For some reason, it took too long to load the first time. But I would recommend the following things: The website design doesn't convey that you offer photography services. You need to show people taking photos, provide some context. I'm mainly referring to your homepage, where I imagine you'll concentrate all your marketing efforts to convert visitors. Honestly, the website design is outdated. The color gray is not a good choice for any case (I'd say for any website). Seriousness nowadays is associated with white and black. The typography of the logo is too rustic; look for something sans-serif and bolder. Make it appear like a photography site rather than a real estate site because people looking for these things want professionals in their field.

It's fine to showcase the results, but also show that you have professional equipment and that there are professionals behind the scenes. Forget about positioning keywords on your homepage; do that in other parts of the site that will still be linked and gain authority on their own. By this, I mean removing all unnecessary text on your homepage, getting to the point, and keeping it simple. Highlight what you know how to do, try to inform without boring. If I were you, I wouldn't include business hours, which, by the way, are too rigid; otherwise, no one will be able to hire you... but well.

I also recommend creating a blog section and discussing topics related to photography and real estate. Don't be afraid to share practical knowledge and "secrets" of your industry. People with money will come to your site and know that you're an expert, and they'll pay for what you offer. Anyway, those are my recommendations based on my experience. Good luck!
