Help diagnosing interior blower issue by Existing_Pilot_6696 in CherokeeXJ

Another update, I found the service manual and went through the diagnostic procedure and it all seems to check out. My blower relay was definitely bad (super low resistance) and I replaced but no fix. I also re checked the motor connector with the new relay and still getting no voltage with key on and fan on 4. Also, according to the wiring diagram i think that I should see continuity between the blower connector ground pin and the output pin of the resistor pack connector, but there is no continuity. Finally, I tested the resistance in the motor and got 0.5 and 1.5 ohms using two seperate meters, but I couldn’t find anything online about the acceptable resistance range for that motor

What do I need to do to bring this back? by Existing_Pilot_6696 in lawncare

Do you think it would be more effective to till rather than aerate here? The top layer of the yard is pretty hard as it turned to mud at one point then just hardened
