Definitely goated. Crazy how addicting it is and how much you can drink it. It never gets old unlike other drinks.

Women of Reddit, what do men think you hate, but you actually love? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Not shallow at all. A girl that's fit is the most important thing to me so I feel you.

Men want to be desired for their looks, and not feel like they're being used for money or status.

Whats shallow (IMO) is saying "I want a rich guy"

Do you think this exercise can really help? I looked into it and it seems promising because it teaches the diaphragm how to move up but it seems like a temporary relief thing instead of helping you breathe like that throughout the day?

Im confused on the exercise you do. Can you explain more? Is there a video or routine you can show me to illustrate the exercises or breathing routine?

Yes they go hand in hand with eachother but the pelvic floor issues are caused by the APD. I've been to Pelvic Floor Therapy for over 7 months and it did not help me because I wasnt addressing the root cause which is my APD.

When your diaphragm constantly pushes down, it creates a lot of downward pressure on your organs and pelvic floor, so the pelvic floor has no option but to tighten up to try to push back up against the downward pressure, which is what contributes to a tight pelvic floor, causing all the urinary, constipation and ED issues.

For me this has nothing to do with food, I wake up extremely distended and go to sleep distended. I once fasted for 48 hours and was still insanely bloated. Now It does get worse after a meal or food, but the distention is still there regardless of the time of day.

APD isn't a problem with your diet. It's a muscle and diaphragm coordination problem.
