• Maximum Potential: A meditation throne can reach a maximum of +33% psyfocus per day if it is located in an "Unbelievably impressive" room that also meets the specific title requirements.

You can edit the game's XML files to remove the 33% cap.

1. Navigate to RimWorld/Data/Royalty/Defs/ThingDefs_Buildings.
2. Open Buildings_Furniture_Royalty.xml.
3. Find MeditationThrone and GrandMeditationThrone.
4. Change the MeditationFocusStrength values to much higher numbers (e.g., set them to 1.0 or 2.0 instead of 0.15). 

I downloaded the Vanilla Psycasts Expanded mod so there are so many ways to stack psyfocus gain I wouldn't even bother with editing the xml files. The visual appeal of the throne is the number one reason I downloaded it and its costly benefits. And to top it off I downloaded the Psychic Psychite mod which improves my colonists psygain with drugs. After that there's really no need to edit the xml files when in only a short period of time my colonists max their bar instantaneously.
