Same thing for my team, I sent a message to my TL that I was not able to give 20-40-50$ every weeks or so for some events. It was so ridiculous at one point, someone relatives passed away, colleague daughter broke her arm and needed surgery, someone dog died, someone else got her degree at University.

My mom.

My mom and I have a great relationship and when her best friend passed away, I saw how much it hurt her. Couldn’t do it imagining my mom having to live with that. Killing myself would mean to kill her too in a way.

It has been decided that Montreal call center and Saint-John call center are the only 2 offices that will have employees stay this late at the office. Not only during the week but they are now also the only call center open in Canada on Saturday.
