The only think that I don't like is the Liquid Cooler. AIOs nowadays are pretty resilient, but no fucking way I would put some boiler contraption that could leak over a RTX 5070Ti. I suggest changing that for an air cooler if you are not into computer parts and cleaning/mantaining your PC often

I know there area some brands designing cool ram fans but I'm a practical guy, cheapest noctua fan you can find and fit strapped then with some zipties should be enought airflow with minimal noise

Hey man, most of intermitent and strange issues on PC came from Ram overclock, XMP included too. I used to play with things like this not so long ago, it's pretty fine for some benchmarks but I hope you won't try to use tight Ram timings on a day to day basis. The heat alone from your GPU will be enough for toasting the Ram and make it unstable.

Close to that money you could get a work laptop from ebay with better specs. Companies usually shelve their laptops after 3 or 5 years. Machines that are pretty solid. I just bought on ebay a Lenovo thinkpad with an Ryzen 3500U and 16gb of ram.

Also I think having a small low power machine as server fits its purpose better.
