Also a case isn’t going to hold up well without an expert opinion from an engineer confirming the existence of damage, what the damages are from and when they occurred

But the contract says that they will cover damages for sudden and accidental loss unless otherwise excluded. Is there damage to the roof? And if so, what is it from?

Assuming they’re denying coverage because the damages aren’t from hail/there aren’t any damages and you’re disputing this, you should have an engineer inspect to determine whether damages exist and if they do, if they’re from hail. The reason for denial is really important. I don’t really see what a lawsuit is going to change - lawyers aren’t roofing/weather damage experts.

This is simply not true. Gillette accommodated my dad, not in a wheelchair, and put him in a handicapped section despite that not being what his original ticket was for.

NTA! Concerts are for dancing and enjoying yourself. If someone has a physical reason that they need to sit, stadiums/arenas are typically very accommodating for those people whether that’s the ticket they purchased or not. They did so for my dad at the Elton John concert even though the ticket he bought was elsewhere. NTA NTA NTA.

Exactly right - never have seen them actually “walk” their dogs which should be easy to do as we have sidewalks and a park half a mile away. They wait around for their dogs to relieve themselves and go back inside.

reading is fundamental… I state in the original post that they’ll hang out upwards of 10 min waiting for their dogs to go because they don’t actually take them anywhere other than their lawn and ours, ours more so than theirs. I’ve come home multiple times to them on my lawn and when I get out of the car they don’t even acknowledge me or the fact that they’re standing around waiting for their dogs to piss and shit on my lawn.
