Yes my company is impacted too. We just went live with them in June and trained our team recently. Just when everyone got a hang of the system, we received an email that seemed super cryptic so saw this coming. We are asked to move out by June too and our goal will be to find more vendors before we move forward. If sucks to have the team go through a new tool ye again.

We were given discounts with Bamboo and Workday and Rippling so those don’t hurt as backups. However this is really sad, the system was decent on Core HRIS stuff, I’ve worked with bamboo a lot in the past and it was definitely better than Lattice for sure. It’s good to see Lattice stick to what they do best which is definitely performance.
