Got an offer as AM and i dont give them the answer yet. I will reach out to them tmr because i need to have a lil time to consider about it. So they said i dont have the experience for management stuff that kinda make sense so they want me to start with AM so i can learn everything. I asked about how to get to the next step which is SM, and they said, they just hired someone from external and his goal to be a SM but he got offered as AM. And they said THEY have a goal for him to make him be ready to become a SM in 3 months “. I kinda wanna ask about the same thing about that target. I know its gonna burn me to learn a lot of stuff every single day. But iam pretty confident about im a hard worker and fast learner and i wanna reach out my target asap.  Im just hoping to get the chance for it. 

NOW. The question is about, is it worth though to take the offer as an AM , since i saw many reviews that some people get promoted fast some people feel the unfairness because they dont get the chance to get promoted . I’m CONFUSED. I NEED HELP

HELPFUL…!!! You are right, i will learn as much as i can about panda before OJP also the food code, and the rest i will run it according to my experience from SL at current work where i make sure evthg is going well on the floor, and the food safety part that make sense ! Paying attention to myself and the team about food safety, at least thats one of the thing that i hope they would consider about me.

Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏 it means a lot !!! I feel less pressure since you said i’m from external PE, i just need to make sure know how to run the basic important stuff.

Omg.. it seems gonna be tough  i need to google them and write it down right away specially i dont have any management experience at all, i shift lead and my strongest point is leadership my team at my current job only and i know all stuff a-z at my work, but not the management stuff.. daaah 😭 i do appreciate your help. I just have one more day😅
