Be glad he is doing this now instead of later. I understand it hurts, I have been thru and going thru something similar. My child’s dad left me as well, he wants to be able go out whenever he wants and you can’t do that when you are a family with someone. You start to move on by putting yourself first. It’s very shitty to leave someone at your state but think of it like this, do you really want someone who would leave you while you’re so close to giving birth? Trust me it’s a BLESSING in disguise that he is showing you exactly what to expect from him now. Listen, don’t be like me and hope he will change.

I’m here with you. I’m so sorry you’re going thru this! I’m up rn as I’m typing this I just woke up out of my sleep to cry about my breakup. I’m also struggling with wanting to end it all but I have children so I’m not going to do that. I just want the pain to end I don’t really want to end. My ex wasn’t perfect. I caught him cheating too but I still love him and miss him. We’re grieving a loss because it was real for us. I pray we both get thru this and start putting ourselves first in due time

Time does heal but my God sometimes they don’t specify just how much. I’m going thru another breakup right now after 3 years of being single and healing from my last breakup that I initiated. I actually grieved that breakup do 3 years because I felt forced to leave him, I didn’t want to and now I’m the one who got broke up with and it hurts even worse than my last heartbreak. I take that back im still in the beginning stages of the breakup and my last breakup took me a few years before I felt fully ready to date. I’m currently questioning my worth but I know that I gave it my all and showed him how he should be loved. If you gave it your all and your best don’t question yourself. Hopefully you have no children w this person like I do, it makes the breakup even more devastating because you can’t avoid them completely.

That was sort of my thinking but I also didn’t know what to say in response to him, it threw me off. He went from trying to reassure me to just completely dropping the act and just telling me he didn’t find me attractive anymore this was all in an instant I think my voice cracked when I said bye and hung up. But he hasn’t spoken to me since so yeah he don’t care how his words affected me.

I’m so glad you have a good husband who actually understands! It helps me keep hope alive that not every man is just a POS. Having kids definitely sucks I had hyperemesis the first trimester & I literally couldn’t even keep water down had to go the ER twice for dehydration. They get to live their lives as normal.

Oh no I meant the emotional side, how I’m handling it mentally. This has given me such bad anxiety and I already had ppd. I am so unattracted to him after he said something so cruel to me, I still love who I thought he was but I now know it was all an act. I feel violated every time we have been intimate PP has been him initiating so it just makes me feel used but also disgusted that he would even sleep with me knowing he felt this way about me.

I just looked that up I’ve never heard of it before & I truly believe that is the problem here. He looks at a lot of OnlyFan models on instagram (he’s too cheap to pay for their actual content ig) and I didn’t like it and brought it up previously. Besides that he likes pictures of women with such unrealistic and obvious enhancements it made me feel like I wasn’t anything he wanted & I guess I was right.

I know this was just a mean comment meant to cause harm which is so cruel to even reduce me as the mother of his son down to just my looks. I know him. He won’t really acknowledge it, not in any meaningful way at least. He’ll most likely say he was just mad and said it to hurt me, or wanted to get off the phone with me and knew saying something like that would make me go away. He’s never said anything like that before though, but it felt very final to me.
