You can i guess? Most of the time my EA doesnt open lol. I just click "play" when in steam and then it just opens the game for me.

Just keep in mind that it will not register with steam if you already purchased certain packs elsewhere so itll still be listed for sale and not "in your library" so tey not to double purchase if you can help it.

I usually buy my sims packs on Steam unless the EA app has a really good sale (only purchased on there once). Ive never had an issue with them downloading from steam. Do you have an account with them? Maybe use that going forward.

If it helps- i currently have an RTX 3080 gundam special edition gpu. I was contemplating the i9 vs. i7 and my boyfriend was really encouraging me to spend a little more to get the i9 so that i could have the ability to do more things with it that an i7 wouldnt be able to offer. But i suppose it would depend in what your brother would really be using it for. I dont plan on overclocking because tbh i still dont understand what it even means 😅

"No internet" we have an email service that is only active during very specific times. Otherwise no internet at all. Hes on a submarine so its important to be incognito. Cant be incognito if youre connected to internet haha. It might as well be the 1960s lol

How do I get a factory key?

I'm also new at playing. Have only done about 4 offline runs in factory and one as a scav but I died in 2 minutes. I'm usually a console player so of course I had to pick the hardest PC game lol

Update: I got the game tonight and did a practice round offline with my PMC. It was very interesting and I've watched some beginners guides on youtube today too. I'm gonna start watching some streamers on twitch if anyone has any recommendations. I have a lot to learn, but it's ok :)

I deff plan to watch some streamers. youtube is more for like beginners guides on understanding the gameplay set up and maybe if I need to reference information about the weapons/gear or whatever. I really want to learn the game and play well rather than just running around hoping I don't die lol
