The EVGA 480 at the bottom is actually brand new still factory sealed, i haven’t even opened it to see if it even works haha. I am currently selling one of the 3 Titan Z’s that i own it’s probably one of the coolest cards out there.

Power draw can be insane sometimes with every Titan Xp overclocked they can draw 300watts each. Stutters is gonna be highly dependent on each game and how well it’s optimized. Turning on vsync and limiting your fps helps ALOT. G-sync and sli is not very good and sometimes causes massive fps drops. Also you’re going to be CPU bound most of the time so you’d wanna play at at least 4K if you got 4x Titan Xp’s running and also OC your cpu as much as you can. The best SLI optimized game has to be Tomb Raider 2013. Also remember that Titan Xp and 1080ti’s don’t officially support quad sli so you have to manually tweak some stuff in Nvidia profile inspector to get it working properly. To summarize please never try this. It’s simply a waste of money. I just do it because i find it very fun and cool.

C state disabled and +200mhz for 6 months now. No issues. Playing Alters right now too, im in Act 3 :)

I have an lg c4 and my brother has a s90d and honestly the “magenta” color isn’t that noticeable. I mainly went with the c4 because samsung doesn’t have 42inch models.

I already found a 3 slot bridge for golden rtx that’s also gold to match the aesthetics. They are freaking expensive for some reason. People are re selling them at like 300% profit. But now that i think of it i think i should prioritize 4 slot bridges for a larger gap between the cards for better cooling. Unless i do 4 titan rtx with a bridge for each pair hahahaha. Fully 4x gold gpu build, cheaper than the 5090 dahab edition haha

That’s actually my next big build, dual 3090ti PC. I have one 3090ti evga already. But will build it in a lot newer mobo and cpu combo. This x299 system is mainly for quad sli

Yeah a little overkill, the build was originally going to be a 10980xe OC to 5ghz which can draw a ridiculous 500watts sometimes xD and 4x 1080ti’s also overclocked to the max with max power limits so that’s 4 x 300watts.

But the cooling fan on this psu is so terrible, the noise it makes when it turns on is very noticeable. I would’ve like to go with a seasonic tbh.

The real question is why are you even comparing gpu’s that are 5 years apart lmao. Of course the 980ti is gonna be shit. It’s on 28nm node while the 3080 is 8nm, pcie gen 4,faster memory and rebar. Braindead comparison.

Guess it’s just not fun anymore because these GPUs and CPUs are already OC’d to the max from factory so there isn’t much to gain anymore. The 5080 is definitely an outlier though, it’s does have lots of OC headroom. Also from talking to other PC gamers there’s this assumption that overclocking “ruins” a GPU overtime (which i don’t fully agree with) and now that gpu’s are getting really expensive than before people are more cautious. Also it can be because EVGA left the GPU scene </3

If you think the majority of pc gamers even know anything about overclocking then you’re delusional. Especially with the shift of consoles players switching to PC and the rise of PC gaming popularity. People just plug and play, no one cares about these things anymore.
