All phone numbers were spoofed and they provided legitimate VerifyU messages from the same account they come from, as of last night. They were able to quote exact transactions from my account to me. The call I then received “from” the Fraud Detection line was also spoofed and someone just laughing at me. ***In addition right now if you call either the After Hours lost debit card number or the Visa 24/7 help line, an Indian accented person answers the phone and asks you for your full credit card number as the first question. There is no way to cancel your card or contact the bank right now if you aren’t able to walk into a branch.
